About the event
The 2025 NGAWV/EANGWV State Conference will be held May 30th and 31st, 2025, at the Embassy Suites by Hilton in Charleston, West Virginia and is hosted by the 111th Engineer Brigade. We are looking forward to coming together to celebrate the accomplishments of the West Virginia National Guard and the Officer and Enlisted Associations of West Virginia.
This year, the Association has lofty goals, both in the State of West Virginia and at the national level, to advance key initiatives and further enhance the National Guard’s presence and reputation and we need YOUR voice to help us!
This year's State Conference will feature an 18 hole, 4-man golf scramble, networking and professional development, vendors, a 5K and more!
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Embassy Suites with check-in available on May 30th and checkout on May 31st.
